All rates shown online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated). Rates are including SST and excluding tourism levies, if applicable. Rates are subject to change without notice. However, your rate is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon arrival you will be asked to produce a valid credit card for the hotel to take authorization. The hotel does not accept any cash deposits. Therefore, payment must be settled by cash, credit card, debit card, or bank card. Online payment is possible using debit\/credit cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Children under the age of 12 can stay free of charge at our hotel in Family Triple or Family Suite only, when sharing a room with at least one paying adult. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and portable beds may need to be used where such accommodation is sought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that the hotel is fully non smoking. In case guests do smoke in the hotel, a fine of RM500 will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hotel rooms are guaranteed from 2pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out until 2pm is possible, depending on availability, for an additional charge of RM35.00 per room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid credit card. In case you have booked a refundable reservation, refund will be done to your charged credit card, in the event of cancellation, in accordance with our cancellation terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can resolve it immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
