We use two different cancellation policies, depending on the reservation you make:
Refundable reservations
Cancellations or modifications of reservations without restrictions are free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. Please take in consideration that the arrival date starts at 00.00 hour local time. Should you cancel or modify within 48 hours before arrival, or in case you do not show up, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Non refundable reservations
It is not possible to modify or cancel this reservation in any case. The total costs for all room nights, excluding local tourism levies (if applicable) will be charged directly after your reservation is made. Local tourism levies (if applicable) still remains to be paid in the hotel. Please note that the credit card which is used to make to booking needs to be shown upon check-in. The name of the booker needs to be the same as the name on the credit card. If this is not possible please ask Reception in advance for a third party authorization form.
