Reservation Policy

The terms and conditions mentioned below apply to all bookings for Star-Well Hotel made through this website. Star-Well Hotel is a company registered in Malaysia whose registered office is at Bandar Baru Kuala Lipis, 27200 Kuala Lipis, Pahang (hereafter “we” or “our”).


All rates shown online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated). Rates are including SST and excluding tourism levies, if applicable. Rates are subject to change without notice. However, your rate is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.


Upon arrival you will be asked to produce a valid credit card for the hotel to take authorization. The hotel does not accept any cash deposits. Therefore, payment must be settled by cash, credit card, debit card, or bank card.  Online payment is possible using debit/credit cards.

We accept the following types of credit cards:

  • MasterCard
  • Visa


Children under the age of 12 can stay free of charge at our hotel in Family Triple or Family Suite only, when sharing a room with at least one paying adult. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and portable beds may need to be used where such accommodation is sought.


Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Car parking

The hotel offers free parking facilities. 


Please note that the hotel is fully non smoking. In case guests do smoke in the hotel, a fine of RM500  will be charged.

Arrival and departure

Hotel rooms are guaranteed from 2pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out until 2pm is possible, depending on availability, for an additional charge of RM35.00 per room.


You will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid credit card. In case you have booked a refundable reservation, refund will be done to your charged credit card, in the event of cancellation, in accordance with our cancellation terms.

Complaints or comments

We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can resolve it immediately.

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time. In case the above terms and conditions do not sufficiently foresee in any case, Star-Well Hotel will decide regarding this issue.
